Those currently living are in bold on gold. The longest-lived state leader with known exact dates of birth and death was Chau Sen Cocsal Chhum, who lived to 103 years, 143 days. Ek Yi Oun, fellow Cambodian prime minister, lived between 102 years, 1 day, and 103 years, 364 days.
