This article lists the 100 Longest-known living or deceased heads of state of sovereign states (often a president or monarch or representatives) and cardinals, born no earlier than 1800, and whose ages are documented in reliable sources. Those currently living are in bold on lightgreen. The longest-lived non acting state leader with known exact dates of birth and death was the Longest lived former state leader is the former President Celâl Bayar (1883-1986) of  Turkey, who lived to 103 years, 98 days. And among the Living the Oldest is Guillermo Rodriguez (born 1923) of  Ecuador, whose current age is 102 years, 42 days.
