This article lists the 100 oldest known living or deceased heads of state or heads of government of sovereign states (often a president or prime m inister), born no earlier than 1800, and whose ages are documented in reliable sources. Those currently living are in bold on gold. The longest-lived non acting state leader with known exact dates of birth and death was the Former Prime Minister and President of Turkey Celâl Bayar, who died in 1986 at the age of 103 years, 98 days, but the Longest lived former state leader is the former Acting Cambodian Prime Minister Chau Sen Cocsal Chhum, who lived to 103 years, 143 days. Ek Yi Oun, fellow Cambodian prime minister, lived between 102 years, 1 day, and 103 years, 364 days.
