It seems that The Former Spanish Governor-General of the Philippines is not in the list as he also is a state leader representing Spain's Monarch, Echagüe (1815-1915)died aged 100 years, 283 days; he was Philippines' Governor-General from 1862-1865, kindly add him also. The Fact that The Governor-General of the Philippines was a Head of state, he actually qualifies the list.
Also Gulzarilal Nanda was twice acting Head of Government of India, 1964 and 1966 respectively

Can you also brought up the issue of the Vatican City's acting Sovereign in the because English wikipedia's list of oldest living state leaders because I thought that Cardinal Bertone (who is currently in the unclear status) should also be in the main list because if you look at the page Camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church you can definitely read their that the Camerlengo acts as Sovereign when the Pope dies.
