This article lists the 100 Longest-known living or deceased heads of state or heads of government of sovereign states (often a president or prime minister) and cardinals, born no earlier than 1800, and whose ages are documented in reliable sources. Those currently living are in bold on gold. The longest-lived non acting state leader with known exact dates of birth and death was the Undisputed Longest lived former state leader is the former Turkish Prime Minister (1937-1939) and President (1950-1960) Celål Bayar, who lived to 103 years, 98 days. This list will only cover those state leaders whose names appear on the English wikipedia article List of oldest living state leaders begining 2016.
